The rally and laying of flowers to the Memorial Arch "Kuban is proud of them" in the garden square of Marshall Zhukov became a central event of the day. Other 16 people were solemnly added in the list of heroes, whose names are marked on the plates of the memorial. The event was attended by the Mayor of Krasnodar Evgeny Pervyshov and Chairwoman of the City Duma Vera Galushko.

On December 8 the Mayor of the capital of Kuban met with journalists of city, regional and federal mass media for the third time since the beginning of the year. On this very day a year ago Evgeny Pervyshov was elected as the Mayor of Krasnodar at the session of the City Duma, and officially assumed the position of the Mayor of the regional centre on December 9, 2016.

The prospects for Russian-Swedish cooperation were discussed by the Mayor of Krasnodar Evgeny Pervyshov and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Sweden to the RF Peter Erickson. The meeting was held within the framework of the official visit of the delegation of the Kingdom of Sweden to the Krasnodar Region.

A formal reception of the Austrian city of Wels representatives was held in the administration of the capital of Kuban. At the end of October this year the cities signed a memorandum of intent and partnership.

This most significant trophy in beach handball the club won for the third time. The Mayor of Krasnodar Evgeny Pervyshov met with the leader and club players, congratulated them on the victory and discussed the prospects for the development of both professional and mass handball in the capital of Kuban.

Prospects for the development of rail transport within the borders of Krasnodar as well as between the capital of Kuban and neighboring towns and districts were discussed by the Mayor of the regional centre Evgeny Pervyshov and deputy chief of the North Caucasian Railway of the Krasnodar territorial administration Mikhail Scherbakov during a working tour to the construction site of the Krasnodar railway detour.

The Mayor of the capital of Kuban Evgeny Pervyshov visited one of the leading industrial enterprises in the city — PAO Saturn. It produces solar and rechargeable batteries for space-flight units. The Mayor discussed with the plant management the prospects for expanding of its production.

This is the first such agreement involving the cities of Europe and Russia. In addition, as part of a working visit to Nancy, Karlsruhe and Wels (Austria) the delegation of Krasnodar led by Evgeny Pervyshov held a series of business meetings and negotiations as well as signed several international agreements. Among them is the first in the last 25 years partnership agreement with a French city.

This will be one of key events of the working visit to a number of European cities of the delegation of Krasnodar headed by Kuban capital's Mayor Evgeny Pervyshov and Krasnodar City Duma Chairwoman Vera Galushko.

In the capital of Kuban a workshop of grocery baskets packaging started working on October 11. This is All-Russian volunteer project of the Food Fund "Rus", which is implemented in the regional centre with the support of Krasnodar administration. The Mayor of the city took part in the packaging of the first batch of "People's lunches".
