From August 5 to 30, 2019, students of higher education institutions from sister cities and partners of Krasnodar do an internship at three foreign-owned enterprises — Cargill, Nestle Kuban and a branch of KNAUF-GYPSUM. This youth exchange started last year, when students from Harbin, Karlsruhe and Nancy for the first time have done an internship in the offices of the regional center companies. On August 8, Chairwoman of the City Duma Vera Galushko and Deputy Mayor of Krasnodar Artem Doronin held an official reception of the foreign delegation.
Currently, work is underway to design 5 schools for 4950 places and 6 kindergartens for 1130 places in different microdistricts of the city and suburbs. The projects of all social facilities will be ready in 2019. This is necessary to include the construction of these schools and kindergartens in Federal and regional programs.
On the eve of the opening day the Governor of Kuban Veniamin Kondratiev visited a new school for 1000 seats in one shift in Narimanovskaya Street of Lenin hamlet. Together with the Mayor of Krasnodar Evgeny Pervyshov he appreciated the readiness of the classrooms and surrounding area to start the educational process.
Reception of the student delegation of the University of Applied Sciences of the sister city Karlsruhe (Germany) — the participants of "The Kuban State University summer school of Russian language" was held on August 22 in Krasnodar City Hall. It was led by Deputy Mayor of Krasnodar Liliana Yegorova.
Head of the capital of Kuban visited Kuban State University, became acquainted with projects of students of Architecture and Design Faculty, attended the Nanotechnology Center, toured the sports base of the university and answered students ' questions during a meeting with the student group in assembly hall.
