Celebratory assemblies on the occasion of “Farewell Bell” took place in all schools of the capital of Kuban today. Head of Krasnodar Vladimir Evlanov addressed his words of good luck and successful examination to the graduates of gymnasium №23.
— One more school year has passed. You have lived one more year and passed an important milestone. For somebody it was the first year in a school, and somebody leaves the walls of the native school and prepares to pass further examinations throughout their life's journey. This gymnasium is one of the best one in our city, here you’ve got knowledges which will certainly help you achieving the targets. Let the school years be remembered by all the graduates as most remarkable ones, — Vladimir Evlanov said.
In his speech Head of Krasnodar underlined that the past school year has become a successful one — 36 pupils took part in the final round of All-Russian School Olympiad. At the International and All-Russian conferences school boys and girls from Krasnodar won over 90 winner's and runners-up’s certificates. More than 20 pupils became absolute winners and were awarded with All-Russian distinctions. Along with that, 8 general education institutions, including gymnasium №23, entered the top 500 best schools of Russia — they are lyceums №4, 48, 64, 90, ISTEK, gymnasiums №23 and 92, school №71.
This year four thousand 11th-graders leave 92 general education institutions of Krasnodar. Nine thousand pupils graduate 9 classes of general education.
9th- and 11th-graders still have the state exams and final assessment ahead. The other school pupils have summer vacations. This summer recreation and recovery will be organized for almost 100 per cent children and teenagers of Krasnodar.
