An initiative on the creation professional community uniting young teachers of Krasnodar was proposed in the course of roundtable discussion with young teachers of the capital of Kuban. The meeting was led by Director of the department of education of Krasnodar administration Aleksey Nekrasov.
— Our life has always put forward serious requirements to teachers. Today not only highly professional and literate, teachers possessing the latest educational methods, but also creative employees are in demand. Young teachers club can become a center of teaching employees initiatives, — Aleksey Nekrasov said.
The meeting was held in the run-up to the August educational activities and following the results of the city team of young teachers’ participation in the youth forum “Region 93”, where Krasnodar representatives showed a high level of proficiency and innovative teaching plans.
Teachers shared their impressions about participation in the forum “Region 93”, raised specific questions, practical points and concerns related to the working with children and parents in municipal educational institutions.
Aleksey Nekrasov remarked that Krasnodar authorities pay special attention to the activities, initiatives and creativeness of young specialists, render them social support.
In Krasnodar the number of young teachers aged up to thirty is ever growing and currently it’s about 28 % (throughout the country and Krasnodar Region — 22 %).
