Krasnodar will present 16 projects and 35 investment-attractive territories totaling 89 billion roubles at XIII International Investment Forum in Sochi opened today.
Total area of investment territories is 570 hectares. Vladimir Evlanov has taken leadership of delegation.
For the first time ever Forum “Sochi-2014” takes place in the main Media Center within the territory of Olympic Park in Imereti lowland.
Krasnodar exposition takes 200 square meters in Krasnodar Region pavilion. It involves 9 models. As in the past year, central part of exposition is meant for scale model of Krasnodar – model of prospective territorial development of the city displaying existing housing development as well as planned objects and land parcels for integrated development effected by investors for the purpose of residential and industrial construction.
Detailed information is displayed at two touch screens installed along the perimeter of the model. Information is divided into sections: “Reconstruction of the central part of the city”, “Western detour”, “Eastern industrial zone”, “Vostochno-Kruglikovskiy area”, “Transport”, “Sport facilities”, “Recreation and tourism”.
Other models represent large-scale investment projects including construction project of a new bridge across Kuban River in the area of existing Yablonovskiy Bridge, transport junction at intersection of Stavropolskaya and Starokubanskaya Streets, project of integrated development of a land parcel with an area 3 hectares along Liza Chaikina Street, reconstruction project of one of quarters in central part of the city, project of new residential complex “Sailing regatta” in Gidrostroiteley microdistrict which will be constructed by investment construction company “RAS”, model of “Sports city” – complex of sport facilities along Dzerzhinskogo Street, part of them has been already constructed.
One more model demonstrates layout of residential area “Europea”, part of which is residential complex “German village”. The first time ever this project was presented by CJSC “German village” at investment Forum held in Sochi the past year. As envisioned by developers, the territory of “Europea” is divided into sections which are planned to be overbuilt with cottages and multi-dwelling houses of average number of stories in styles of various European countries: France, Italy, Holland, Denmark, Greece and others. Presently the developer company is at work on “Portugal”. Facilities of social, business and recreational infrastructure are provided here as well.
A new model of residential area is presented at Forum of this year. Now it involves a range of new infrastructural, social and recreational objects, particularly – loop tram-line connecting different parts of “Europea”.
XIII International Investment Forum”Sochi-2014” works from 18 to 21 September. The business program involves plenary meeting on the subject “Russia between Europe and Asia: new regional policy in the present context” with participation of Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev, number of panel and roundtable discussions, master classes, seminars and presentations. The first international investment forum within Krasnodar Region happened in 2002 and was named “Economic forum “Kuban-2002”. Forum Sochi-2004 was held in the center of resort city at the territory adjoining to Winter Theatre.
In 2013 International Investment Forum “Sochi” moved in Ice Palace “Big” situated at Olympic coastal cluster in Imereti lowland. Exposition was positioned in temporary pavilions of ice palace. This year organizers have carried it over to another large Olympic object – main Media Center.
It is to be recalled that Krasnodar has participated in International economic Forum “Sochi” annually since 2002. For recent 6 years Kuban capital has concluded 121 agreements of intent in sphere of investment totaling 595 bln roubles. Nearly one-third of all these projects have been implemented by now, considerable part is underway.
