Krasnodar concluded 7 investment agreements worth 18 billion rubles during the first day of the Forum in Sochi

This is the result of work of Krasnodar's delegation headed by Evgeny Pervyshov in Sochi on February 15. During the day, the exposition of Kuban capital was presented to the Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets, Minister of Communications and Mass Media of Russia Nikolay Nikiforov, Minister for Health of Russia Veronika Skvortsova.

"Forum 2018 is more dynamic and productive than last year. It is more interesting, here we see prospects for attracting real investments, the contribution to the economy of our city, development of its potential. There is interest from the leadership of our country. The signed agreements are comprehensive projects.  If it is about housing construction — there must be social facilities, green and landscaped areas," said Evgeny Pervyshov.

As in previous years, the stand of Krasnodar has generated interest on the part of representative guests and participants of the Forum. The Chairman of the Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev get acquainted with a presentation of investment potential of Kuban capital.

Also during the day Evgeny Pervyshov told Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets, Minister of Communications and Mass Media Nikolay Nikiforov, Minister for Health Veronika Skvortsova, the Chairman of Legislative Assembly of Krasnodar Region Yuri Burlachko about the submitted projects of the capital of Kuban.

One of the main outcomes of the first day of work at the Forum in Sochi was the agreement on cooperation with JSC "Industry center for implementation" ("IFI") — a company, which is engaged in implementation of new techniques and technologies in railways of OJSC "RZD". JSC "IFI" will implement the modernization project at railway sections passing through Krasnodar.

The company "YugStroyImperial" plans to build in the suburbs of Krasnodar a new microdistrict "Rodnye prostory" with social infrastructure — three kindergartens and a school for 1550 pupils. 12.8 billion rubles will be invested into the project.

Additionally, the Krasnodar party signed an agreement with the company "INCITY" on the construction of the three buildings of the residential complex "INCITY-Park" and creation of landscaped boulevard nearby. 

Evgeny Pervyshov also held a number of meetings and negotiations with representatives of Russian and foreign businesses, corporations and other entities.
