The results of the Southern Federal District capital cities development have been summed up. According to the key indicators of economic activity, Krasnodar is more than 2.5 times ahead of Rostov-on-Don and Volgograd. In total, following the results of the analysis, Krasnodar is the leader in 18 indicators out of 34. The results of social and economic development have been reviewed by the municipal department of economic development.
On the opening day of the Russian investment forum in Sochi the Governor of Kuban Veniamin Kondratiev acquainted with the Krasnodar Region exposition. This year, all regional projects are divided into economic zones in accordance with the Strategy of socio-economic development of Krasnodar Region until 2030.
This is 54 sections of street and road network of the city and suburban settlements. The works will be held within the framework of the national project "Safe and high-quality autoroads" of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation in 2019. The streets that will be included in the next year was discussed at the meeting chaired by the Mayor of Krasnodar Evgeny Pervyshov.
The regional capital entered the ISSC — the international club of smart cities. Krasnodar became one of the 8 cities in Russia, which were among the first to receive this status. The decision was announced on October 16 in the framework of forum "Open innovations" helding in Skolkovo (Moscow). The corresponding certificate was received by Deputy Mayor of the city Evgeny Zimenko.
The first session in the framework of development of the Kuban capital strategy for the next 11 years was held in City Hall. Based on the tender results, this work will be performed by the Krasnodar office of one of the world's leading consulting companies Ernst & Young. The session was attended by the Mayor of the city Evgeny Pervyshov.
The issues related to the development of the territories were discussed at the meeting of the City Commission on Land Management and Development chaired by Deputy Mayor of the city Vladislav Stavitsky. In particular, the participants has formulated a clear position regarding the enforcement of existing legislation in the area of the provision of green areas to future micro-districts.
