The aspects of the development and improvement of the regional center, including issues related to the federal priority programs and projects were discussed today by the Mayor of the city Evgeny Pervyshov and the leadership of the headquarters of regional branch of the All-Russian People’s Front.
"Results and changes are measured not only with square meters of the landscaped areas and kilometers of repaired roads, and in the first place — with the reaction of people, who see and evaluate the effectiveness of existing federal and regional projects and programs. The overhaul of residential houses and landscaping of territories are being actively carried out. The residents themselves are involved in the selection of objects on different programs, control the quality of repairs," said Evgeny Pervyshev.
The meeting was held in the office of the regional executive committee of the All-Russian People’s Front. It was also attended by the Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the representative of the Central headquarters of the People’s Front Natalia Kostenko, Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Svetlana Bessarab, member of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnodar Region, co-chair of the regional headquarters of the People’s Front Boris Levitsky, co-chair of the regional headquarters of the People’s Front Daniel Bashmakov, Deputies of Krasnodar's Mayor Evgeny Zimenko and Victor Kosenko, the heads of the working groups and projects of the People’s Front.
One of the topics of discussion at the meeting was the volume and quality of works on capital repair of buildings in Krasnodar. In the city the program has started to operate at the full capacity only in 2017. About 300 high-rise buildings were put in order. Head of the working group "Quality of everyday life" Dmitry Kovtunenko proposed to attract not only tenants who are not technicians, but professionals, specialists of technical departments as well as representatives of the People’s Front to monitor the works done.
At the meeting they also talked about the condition of monuments of history and architecture. According to Natalia Kostenko, there are nearly 250 such objects in the capital of Kuban, 26 of which requires repair and recovery activities. During the meeting participants discussed the establishment of a working group with representatives from the People’s Front, which will examine the state of each house and work out the solution of each existing question.
Another topic raised at the meeting was the repair of roads of Krasnodar in 2017 and the work plan for 2018. Last year under the program of transport infrastructure development 46 road sections, including ones pointed out by the residents on the interactive "Map of dead roads", was renovated. According to Evgeny Pervyshov, not less volume of works in Krasnodar through regional and federal programs is supposed to be fulfilled in 2018.
The Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Svetlana Bessarab noted that this became possible due to effective implementation of the federal project "Safe and quality roads" in 2017.
