Today Head of Krasnodar observed the development and land improvement works at residential complex “Europea”, also talked with its residents and estimated the progress of construction of new roads within the microdistrict.
— This microdistrict has already become one of advanced in city – there are such objects as school, kindergarten, recreation area here and I know new facilities will be created. It is gratifying to emphasize that apart from comfortable housing here; enterprises, offices and technopark will be constructed at the territory within the closest period of time, — Vladimir Evlanov said.
Vladimir Evlanov together with Rizvan Isaev, CEO of “Europe Invest” company realizing the project “Europea”, walked though microdistrict, had a talk with its residents, estimated the course of works on land improvement and further landscaping, looked at new roads being under construction there and recreation area around man-made lake in center of “German village”.
— The territory of “German village” will not be a dormitory district but will become advanced and completely-self-sufficient for living area. It will add to the prestige of microdistrict, makes Krasnodar citizens living more comfortable, — Vladimir Evlanov emphasized.
Krasnodar Head congratulated “Europea” citizens on City Day and “Oktoberfest” festival which is held in microdistrict as part of city-wide celebrations. As it was reported, new model of residential are “Europea” was presented at Investment Forum “Sochi-2014”. It displays a number of new infrastructural, social and recreational facilities, in particular — loop tram-line connecting different parts of “Europea”.
