At the 36th session of Krasnodar City Duma the Head of the capital of Kuban Evgeny Pervyshov read out two official announcements by Mayor of Tallahassee Andrew Gillum. These are the decisions to commemorate in Tallahassee the City Day of Krasnodar and about recognition of May 9 as the Day of Victory in Europe.
During a working visit last weekend, a delegation from the capital of Kuban held a number of official meetings in Krasnodar's sister city. It participated in business and cultural events dedicated to the anniversary dates of establishing the sister city relations of Karlsruhe and the cities of Halle (Germany), Timisoara (Romania) and Krasnodar.
Today, in Krasnodar's administration Deputy Head of Krasnodar Liliana Yegorova hosted a delegation of teachers and students from the sister city of Karlsruhe which arrived in Krasnodar under the project of student exchange.
The conference will focus on the development of inter-municipal cooperation, economy and culture, as well as youth exchange and sports. The event will be held from 28 to 30 June 2017.
The main topic of meeting led by Krasnodar Head Evgeny Pervyshov was preparations to the 14th Russian-German Forum which is to be held in the capital of Kuban between June 27 and 30, 2017.
In the course of working visit in the German sister city of Krasnodar delegation of the capital of Kuban will hold several official meetings and participate in opening of International Consumer Exhibition Fair Offerta-2016, in business and cultural events. The delegation is led by acting Head of Krasnodar Alexander Mikheev and Chairwoman of Krasnodar City Duma Vera Galushko.
Today’s morning Head of Krasnodar and Chairwoman of Krasnodar City Duma Vera Galushko welcomed seven official delegations that arrived in the city to celebrate the 223rd anniversary of Krasnodar (former Yekaterinodar) foundation.
Official reception of “Karlsruhe-Krasnodar Friendship Association” delegation was held today in City Hall of the capital of Kuban. The meeting was led by First Deputy Head of Krasnodar Alexander Mikheev and Chairwoman of Krasnodar City Duma Vera Galushko.
The formal reception of students’ delegation from University of Applied Sciences of Karlsruhe who arrived in Krasnodar under international project “Summer school of the Russian language” took place in Krasnodar City Hall. The reception was led by Acting Head of Krasnodar Alexander Mikheev.
Students of Krasnodar youth athletic center “Football academy” visited Karlsruhe, challenged teams of sport associations “Siemens Karlsruhe” and “Kuppenheim” and got in with agemates.
