Member of the board of Eberhard-Schöck-Foundation (Baden-Baden) Peter Müller was received in Krasnodar city administration. The Foundation plans to integrate its educational program into one of capital center colleges.
— I welcome you on behalf of all citizens of our city! Krasnodar develops sister city relations with German Karlsruhe for more than 20 years and successfully participates in projects of Eberhard-Schöck-Foundation as well. By now several groups of Krasnodar specialists have already undertaken an internship in Germany and improved their qualification through the Foundation education program in sphere of construction. They are plumbers, woodworkers and stucco-decorators. And today we are talking about startup of a new project that is to be realized within Krasnodar. It’s remarkable to say that the cooperation between Krasnodar and Eberhard-Schöck-Foundation is widening year by year and that it finds new instruments for bilateral intercourse. We hope the trend will be promoted further, — chairwoman of City Duma Vera Galushko said in the course of the meeting.
The official reception was also participated by Deputy chief of Administrative Department, chief of the Department of foreign relations and protocol of Krasnodar administration Boris Staroselskiy.
— Eminent pleiad of our building trade specialists has been brought up thanks to this Foundation. They took a solid practice in Germany and then transferred obtained skills to a Krasnodar ground, — Boris Staroselskiy remarked.
Peter Müller said that it is his third visit to Krasnodar and he is very glad to have possibility to talk with municipal authorities about details of a new project. The issue is about starting up of Eberhard-Schöck-Foundation educational program by trade of “tiler-mosaist” in Krasnodar humanitarian-engineering college.
— The proposal to implement such a project in Krasnodar was made by colleagues from Karlsruhe themselves. This is conceptually new program that we start in regional center. If before your specialists had to go to Germany for education and additional training, now all necessary terms and conditions will be created in Krasnodar, — guest remarked.
As explained by Peter Müller, preparations for the project are being conducted now. It will be realized with the participation of Krasnodar Region administration, Krasnodar City administration and senior executives of Krasnodar humanitarian-engineering college.
To realize educational program by trade of “tiler-mosaist” it is required to rebuild college’s training workshops, fit them with modern training equipment and organize professional development seminars for foremen and teachers — in college itself as well as at base of educational institutions of Eberhard-Schöck-Foundation in Germany. At that the Foundation covers the most part of all expenditures.
— Already we have an experience of improvement of educational process by building trades in Russia. Similar program was implemented in Yekaterinburg. Our colleagues from that city will also take part in Krasnodar project, — Mr. Müller said.
Krasnodar has participated in projects of Eberhard-Schöck-Foundation since 2006. For this period Krasnodar employees of building trade have undertaken an internship in Germany and upgraded their skills through the Foundation educational programs three times: plumbers in 2006, woodworkers in 2008 and stucco-decorators in 2011.
