Delegation from Karlsruhe pays a visit to Krasnodar

Representatives of the city administration of Karlsruhe arrived in Krasnodar on September 24, 2021 to participate in the seminar "Twin City Booster Krasnodar — Karlsruhe", aimed at developing new projects in the framework of sister-city relations. During the four-day visit, the guests took part not only in the seminar, but also in other meetings and round tables on the prospects for cooperation in the field of culture and youth policy between the two cities. Both sides decided to include some joint initiatives in the festive program of the sister-city relations 30th anniversary in 2022.

The stay programme allowed foreign guests to get a broader picture of Krasnodar, as it comprised a walking tour along the Krasnaya Street; the opera "La Traviata" in the Musical Theatre; a visit to the Felitsyn Historical and Archeological Museum-Reserve, and the Krasnodar Park. In addition, delegation members visited the Industrial Park and laid flowers at the Eternal Flame memorial complex.
