The contest committee has begun accepting documents from candidates for the post of Head of Krasnodar

From 17 October to 18 November the contest committee residing in Krasnodar City Hall accepts documents from candidates for the post of Head of Krasnodar.

— Candidates have a month to collect all necessary documents and submit them in the contest committee. Candidates are to submit the contest application, document of nomination, in case of nomination by Kuban Governor Veniamin Kondratiev — proposal of Head of Krasnodar Region administration, in case of nomination by a public association — an extract from the protocol of conference or meeting of this public association, autobiography, professional credentials, the Russian Federation citizen passport, a number of other documents, — a specialist of the department of human recourses and municipal service said.

Candidate selection committee has been already formed and set to work. The committee includes Chairwoman of Krasnodar City Duma Vera Galushko, First Deputy Chairman of Krasnodar City Duma Victor Timofeev, Deputy Head of Krasnodar Sergey Vasin and Chief of the department of human recourses and municipal service Oleg Zubritskiy from Krasnodar City municipal formation.

According to the procedure for conducting the contest of candidate selection the other four members of the committee were appointed by Governor of Krasnodar Region Veniamin Kondratiev. They are Deputy Head of administration of Krasnodar Region Yuri Burlachko, Deputy Chairman of regional Legislative Assembly Peter Kurdyuk, Chief of the department of human resources and resistance to corruption of Krasnodar Region Vladimir Reznik and chairman of the board of Krasnodar regional educating non-governmental organization “Knowledge” Andrey Zaitsev.

Thу contest itself will be held in two stages. At the first stage the committee evaluates the fullness, timeliness and faithfulness of the submitted documents.

Those ones passing the first stage will go to the second stage. The stage will be held in the form of interview during of which members of the contest committee estimate professional and personal qualities of candidates.

Following the result of interviews all the candidates receive marks (from 0 to 10 points). After that the committee counts total number of points of every participant.  The results will be formalized in the protocol and confirmed by the decision of the committee. To complete the second stage the committee is to take decision about nomination to Krasnodar City Duma of at least two candidates for the post of Head of Krasnodar.

The contest for the post of Head of Krasnodar will be held on December 6.
