In the capital of Kuban the acceptance of documents from candidates for the post of city Head has been finished. In period from 17 October to the present moment the committee has received document packages from twelve candidates.
— Today the willingness to take part in the contest has been indicated by further three candidates – temporarily out of work Amenet Pseush born in 1962, Director of “StroyGenPlan” LLC Gennady Potapov born in 1976 and Chief of the department of legal support in municipal public institution “Gorzhilkhoz” Sergey Fisyuk born in 1975, — member of the contest committee, Chief of the department of human recourses and municipal service of Krasnodar administration Oleg Zubritskiy said.
As a result the final list of candidates is as follows: acting Head of Krasnodar Evgeny Pervyshov, Director of “Accessible products” LLC Andrey Moshura, Chief of municipal election committee Boris Kuzmin, Director General of “Kompas-Class” LLC Igor Gulyaev, kindergarten teacher Elena Tikhonova, temporarily out of work Evgeny Ilyin, technical director of “Labyrinth” LLC Alexander Terskiy, Chairman of cross-sectoral college of advocates of Krasnodar Region Maxim Filipovskiy, temporarily out of work Amenet Pseush, Director of “StroyGenPlan” LLC Gennady Potapov and Chief of the department of legal support in municipal public institution “Gorzhilkhoz” Sergey Fisyuk.
Among those who participate in the contest there are representatives of different political parties. Two of them are General Directors and one – Technical Director of enterprises, one kindergarten teacher and two persons who are temporarily out of work. All of candidates have higher education, at that half of applicants with higher education in law, two with engineering education and one with economic. One of them is geography teacher. Four of applicants for the position of Head of Krasnodar are parents of many children: families of two candidates have three children each, one of candidates raises four children and one is father of six children including three full-aged children.
On 1 November Evgeny Pervyshov became first who applied to the contest. At face-to-face meeting Kuban Governor Veniamin Kondratiev proposed him to take part in the contest for the post of Krasnodar Head.
Gennady Potapov was last to submit documents on 18 November at 15:40.
The contest start was declared during the session of Krasnodar City Duma on 6 October. The submission of documents from candidates was held since 17 October and until evening 18 November.
The contest itself will be held on 6 December. Following the results of contest, the committee will present to deputies of Krasnodar City Duma at least two candidates for the position of Head of Krasnodar. Final decision will be taken in the course of City Duma session held first after the contest completion.
