When making a speech in the course of extended session of Krasnodar City Duma and presenting his annual report Vladimir Evlanov gave a full assessment to the work of city’s administration and what had been done in 2013. The session started today at 11:00 and takes place in Central concert hall at the address Krasnaya Street 5.
— This is the fourth year in row when we meet each other within the framework of annual report of municipal authorities to Krasnodar citizens. We lived through an uneasy year during of which we have achieved a great many and unfortunately many things still remain unaccomplished. It is always more pleasant to talk about success then about problems the more especially as the former we really have. In 2013 according to almost all indicators – budget, economic and social ones Krasnodar has obtained better results than the previous year. It was very difficult to achieve at a time of All-Russian slowdown in growth rates however the results speak for themselves, — Vladimir Evlanov started.
The open session of City Duma is participated by Kuban Governor Alexander Tkachev, the first Vice-Governor of Krasnodar Region Dzhambulat Khatuov, Krasnodar Region Legislative Assembly and Krasnodar City Duma deputies, chiefs of branch and territorial departments of city’s administration, representatives of law-enforcement agencies, enterprises and organizations of regional center and a wide public. Every attendee received a suite of documents including detailed report of the main social and economic lines of city’s life in 2013.
Annual report of Vladimir Evlanov “On results of one’s activity and results of activity of administration of Krasnodar City municipal formation in 2013” became the major item on the agenda of the 62nd extended session of Krasnodar City Duma.
Over 22 bln roubles of revenues arrived in the budget of Krasnodar at that own revenues of municipal treasury made 13 bln 700 mln roubles. This is by 27 percent more than it was in 2012. Along with that municipal budget retains social orientation - almost 60 percent of expenditures, over 13 bln roubles were invested into health care, education and culture.
— This growth is a result of our common efforts, qualitative and well-coordinated work of all people responsible for fiscal performance from structures of municipal and regional administrations, taxation and regulatory bodies. I thank everyone who strained after these results, — Vladimir Evlanov said.
Krasnodar Head particularized a performance of economy real sector. In the last year a volume of shipped industrial products of large and medium-sized enterprises has grown by 12% and exceeded 210 bln roubles. Turnover of retail enterprises rose beyond 121 bln roubles and increased by 7 percent. At that part of Krasnodar in retail turnover of the whole region reached the point of about 40%. Volume of carried out construction works increased by 20 percent and exceeded 37 bln roubles.
Large and medium-sized city’s enterprises consolidated gain made 77 bln roubles. This is more than 15 percent higher compared with 2012.
— I draw attention once again – almost every basic branches of economy — construction, food services, commerce, transport, communication and other — demonstrated positive dynamics. The fact that growth of city’s economy exceeds inflation rate twofold and even more confirms that it is actually growth, — Head of regional center underlined.
An important economic indicator of unemployment rate is maintained at the level of 2012 — 0,2%. This is one of the lowest level throughout the country. Moreover nominal average wages has risen up to 34,5 thousand roubles by the end of 2013.
