The opening of New Year children’s matinees will take place on Theater Square near to Christmas-tree on 19 December at 12.00. This will begin with a magnificent performance “The snow tumult” or “Fairy story of snowmen”. Children performances will be held daily until 10 January 2016.
— Various creative collectives of Krasnodar’s cultural establishment s will participate in rainbow children’s performances which will gather dozens of families with children near the main municipal Christmas-tree on Theater Square. The New Year matinees with ingenious scenarios are prepared for children. There will be concert and playing programs involving Grandfather Frost and Snow Maiden, life-size puppets, competitions and interactive games, — a specialist of Krasnodar administration department of culture said.
At New Year night from 22.30 of 31 December to 00.30 of 1 January there will be theatrical performance “Krasnodar celebrates New Year” on Theater Square. Best performance ensembles of creative association “Premiere” will be involved in it.
Totally over 300 New Year and Christmas festive events will take place in Krasnodar during the New Year holidays. It is expected that these events will be participated by at least 100 thousand people.
