Presentation of Krasnodar’s investment potential was held in the beginning of June during the visit of Krasnodar delegation in the capital of China. The event was attended by more than hundred businessmen, including potential investors.
— Members of Krasnodar delegation presented Chinese audience the most potential and interesting projects of the capital of Kuban directed at integrated development of land parcels for housing construction, creation of industrial facilities, reconstruction of the central part of the city, installation of electric power substations, positioning of collectors and sewage treatment plants. The projects attracted great interest of Chinese business community representatives, — one in the department of economic development, investments and external affairs commented.
Krasnodar delegation in Beijing is headed by Deputy Head of Krasnodar Alexander Mikheev. The event was organized with assistance of the Trade Representative of the Russian Federation to the Chinese People’s Republic.
During the presentation Krasnodar’s company Directsia SOT LLC introduced its own project on creation of modern residential complex with cultural and business center. The land parcel allocated for the construction is situated in investment-attractive district of Krasnodar with developed social infrastructure.
As part of the visit there were talks with the Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in China, chief executives of Shijingshan District and technological cluster Zhongguancun on further interaction and prospects for cooperation in implementation of investment projects.
