At the meeting, which was held on April 9 in the city administration, the participants discussed possibility of participation of Yunika together with Construction Investment Corporation (CIC), Development-Yug in the reconstruction of the central part of Krasnodar upon experience of the Japanese company. The reception was held by Deputy Head of Krasnodar Dmitry Logvinenko.
"We welcome a delegation of Japanese company Yunika in our city, which occupies the leading positions in terms of housing construction. But the largest building volumes are not a goal in itself. We charge developers with a task of integrated development of the territories to provide new microdistricts with the necessary social and engineering infrastructure. I'm sure, we can build the cooperation that will benefit the Kuban capital," said Deputy Mayor Dmitry Logvinenko.
The meeting was attended by the President of Yunika Corporation Mr. Motohiko Isozaki and Vice-President Mr. Masuda Noboru. The Japanese delegation included 6 persons.
From the Russian side the meeting was attended by director of the department of construction Maxim Karpenko, deputy director of the department of economic development, investments and external affairs of Krasnodar administration Artem Anatskiy, the President of Construction Investment Corporation (CIC) Development-Yug Sergey Ivanov.
According to Mr. Motohiko Isozaki, together with Russian partners Yunika Corp. is willing to discuss its participation in the reconstruction of the center of Krasnodar.
"Our company has worked in Russia since 2014. The basic direction of activity — investment in construction projects in the field of residential and commercial real estate. Our enterprise is actively interested in Russia's construction market and already has experience in investing in the construction of large residential complexes and business-centers in Moscow, Izhevsk and Perm. We also have significant experience in resettlement of citizens from emergency housing. In particular, the project on development of built-up area is being successfully realized in Izhevsk. I am sure that we will also be able to cooperate fruitfully in this sphere with administration of Krasnodar and Development-Yug company, — said Mr. Motohiko Isozaki.
As the President of CIC Sergey Ivanov told at the meeting, Development-Yug is one of the leaders of the construction industry of Krasnodar, the company actively participated in the implementation of the project of reconstruction of the city center.
According to Dmitry Logvinenko, this project is complex, cost-intensive and associated with the demolition of dilapidated housing and resettlement of citizens. However, the city administration is ready to discuss the details of the implementation of the project of the city center reconstruction, given the experience of Japanese developers and representatives of Development-Yug.
