The results of social and economic development of the capital of Kuban were reported during today’s operational meeting in Krasnodar City Hall.
— To make progress we must thoroughly analyze all the indicators of socioeconomic development over the past year. Now we should permanently monitor prices for socially essential goods, level of tariffs growth in housing and utility sector, — Vladimir Evlanov set the task.
According to information provided by Director of the department of economic development, investments and external affairs Elena Vasilchenko, following the results of the past year there is positive dynamics almost in all branches of the city economy. Total output in large and medium-sized industrial enterprises was 244,5 billion roubles. It has increased by 20,6 billion roubles or 9,2 percent compared with 2014.
The greatest gain is marked in processing industry – here the growth was nearly 10 percent. Total volume of production, the rendered services and executed works has reached 170,3 billion roubles.
In the past year over 2 million square meters of housing were commissioned in Krasnodar including apartment houses — over 1 mln 800 th square meters and private house building — 191 th square meters. This exceeds 2014 indicators by 17 percent.
In the report of Elena Vasilchenko it is also stated that in 2015 there was growth in volume of agricultural output, rendered services in transport sphere and communication industry.
The past year average monthly salary at large and medium-sized enterprises of Krasnodar has reached 37 549 roubles (growth over 3 percent). As of 1 January 2016 salary arrears were not recorded in the city.
The registered unemployment level in the capital of Kuban has slightly risen — now the indicator is 0,4 percent, that is by 0,2 percent more than in 2014. The average indicator throughout Krasnodar Region is 0,8 percent.
