The results of the repair of regional and municipal roads were summed up today at the regional video conference held by Governor of Kuban Veniamin Kondratiev. The progress of road works in Krasnodar this year was reported by Evgeny Pervyshov. He underlined that the repair of 46 sections of roads under the federal project "Safe and qualitative roads" had already been completed.
"A sufficient amount of funds has been allotted for road repairs this year. The task of municipalities is to ensure full realization of the funds, to control the work progress and quality of roads. You have to travel around the working sites, but not to recieve reports in your offices. Set off for objects. Such an activity discipline road workers as well as you'll be able fully to be on top of issues, with figures and facts, where what has been done, where not done and why," said Veniamin Kondratiev.
The video conference was also participated by Vice-Governors of Kuban, Chiefs of the line regional ministries and departments, Heads of cites and Districts of Krasnodar Region and their deputies.
The amount of the road fund of Kuban in 2017 was 23.6 billion rubles. 18 billion of them were aimed at the repair, maintenance and construction of regional roads. 16.4 billion rubles have already been realized. It is planned to repair 600 km of regional roads in total this year.
The regional subsidies for the development of municipal road and street network are 5.6 billion rubles this year. In particular, more than three billion rubles are alloted to the repair of local roads.
In 2017 Krasnodar received 3.5 billion rubles for the reconditioning and overhaul repair of roads. As yet the repair works on 46 sections of the streets have been completed within the priority federal project "Safe and qualitative roads" of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. This resulted in bringing more than 70 kilometers of roadway in order, the repair of sidewalks, marking of new road markings.
