Once again Krasnodar Head takes the lead in mass media citation rating of Heads of SFD administrative centers made by the independent Russian research company Medialogy.
October media rating is posted at the official web-site of Medialogy.
The rating positions have been determined in accordance with values of so called media indices. At October-end Vladimir Evlanov is in first position with media index value – 1731,64. This is 4,11 times greater than the result of Rostov-On-Don Mayor Zinaida Neyarokhina (421,73) who ranked second. The third place passes to Volgograd Head Andreу Kosolapov (354,01).
According to research portal, a range of events with participation of Krasnodar Head received the greatest coverage in mass media last month. Particularly, information about sport and fitness facilities that are planned to be installed at squares of Krasnodar was widely reported. This question was discussed by Krasnodar Region Governor Alexander Tkachev and Kuban capital Mayor Vladimir Evlanov during their working tour around the city. Also they came to decision to prolong new square near to Musical Theatre.
Along with that mass media reported that Krasnodar authorities made an agreement with British Higher School of Art and Design to develop Krasnodar City brand.
It is to be recalled that Vladimir Evlanov became leader of 2013 media rating made by Medialogy company. Head of Krasnodar topped eight months in last year.
In 2014 Head of Kuban capital keeps the lead in media rating. As according to Medialogy monitoring Vladimir Evlanov takes the first place throughout 9 months of this year.
Media rating of Mayors of SFD constituent entities is monthly made by independent Russian research company Medialogy on the basis of Medialogy mass media database that includes 19700 most influential resources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, informational agencies and online media. At year-end the company’s specialists make an overall media rating.
When ranking Mayors of capital cities of SFD constituent entities, frequency and the context of their citation in media, role in information material (major or secondary), presence of direct or indirect speech related to the person and other factors are considered.
