The decision has been taken at the next session of Krasnodar Region election commission. The election commission session was led by its chairman Aleksey Chernenko.
— In whole, the elections in Krasnodar and Krasnodar Region were held peacefully and properly, within the bounds of the law. This is common achievement of precinct election commissions and employees of government bodies. We can say that the elections were held as transparent and open as possible. In Krasnodar all voting bulletins have been processed by now. Vladimir Evlanov collecting 50,52 % votes of electors won in Krasnodar’s single mandate electoral district №46. Regional election commission declares Vladimir Evlanov elected a deputy of the 7th State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, — Aleksey Chernenko said.
Within the next few days Vladimir Evlanov will receive the State Duma deputy certificate.
Chairman of regional election commission also noted that in the 46th Krasnodar’s single mandate electoral district voter turnout was 38,11%.
