At April-end Head of Krasnodar stays at the top of a rating of citedness in mass media. The rating involves all Mayors of SFD administrative centers who are ranked by the Russian independent research company Medialogy. Vladimir Evlanov takes the first place in the research during four months of this year.
The April rating is posted on the official web-site of Medialogy. Cities’ Heads are being ranked according to so called weight of media index.
The rating authors remark that annual report of Vladimir Evlanov on practical results of his activities and results of Krasnodar administration’s activities in 2014 to the deputies of Krasnodar City Duma and community became one of the most prominent events participated by Krasnodar Head and which were actively covered by mass media in April. In his report Head of Kuban capital stated that Krasnodar authorities are aimed at creation of comfortable urban environment and the city renovation.
The second and third places of the rating following the results of April 2015 were taken by Head of Rostov-on-Don administration Sergey Gorban and Head of Maikop Alexander Narolin correspondingly.

Media rating of Mayors of SFD constituent entities is monthly made by independent Russian research company Medialogy on the basis of Medialogy mass media database that includes 24500 most influential resources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, informational agencies and online media.
When ranking Mayors of capital cities of SFD constituent entities, frequency and the context of their citation in media, role in information material (major or secondary), presence of direct or indirect speech related to the person and other factors are considered.
