Once again Head of Krasnodar has topped the monthly rating of citedness and context of mentioning in mass media among Heads of administrative centers of constituent entities in Southern Federal District. At November-end the rating is drawn up by independent Russian research company “Medialogy”. Vladimir Evlanov leads in this rating for several consecutive months.
November media rating is posted on the official web-site of “Medialogy”. In the rating all Mayors are ranged according to their so called media index. Following the results of the eleventh month of this year Vladimir Evlanov became first with media index – 1882,18.
Head of Rostov-on-Don administration Sergey Gorban (769,92) ranked second and Maikop’s Mayor Alexander Narolin is in the third place (608,95).
Authors of the rating remark that in November mass media actively publicized a range of events with participation of Vladimir Evlanov. In particular, there was a conference “Open Krasnodar. The General plan of the city” where Head of Krasnodar told about forthcoming amendments to the major city planning document and set task to synchronize the General plan and rules for land use and development.
Media rating of Mayors of SFD constituent entities is monthly made by independent Russian research company Medialogy on the basis of Medialogy mass media database that includes 28900 most influential resources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, informational agencies and online media.
When ranking Mayors of capital cities of SFD constituent entities, frequency and the context of their citation in media, role in information material (major or secondary), presence of direct or indirect speech related to the person and other factors are considered.
