During the first hours of New Year 13 babies were born in Krasnodar

Totally in the capital of Kuban in the early hours of January 1, 2016 13 newborn babies have come into the world.

— The first baby who increased the population of Krasnodar was a boy born at 0.46 January 1in birthing centre of emergency hospital, — Deputy Chief of municipal healthcare department and Chief of children and women’s health subdivision Irina Turlucheva stated.

During the first hours of 2016 most of babies were born in Second clinical hospital, perinatal centre — 8 newborn babies drew the first breath here (4 boys and 4 girls).

New residents of Krasnodar confidently announced themselves in maternity hospitals №4, №1 and in birthing centre of emergency hospital.

Totally during the first hours of New Year 13 babies have been born in Krasnodar — 6 boys and 7 girls.

Natural population growth trend remains in the capital of Kuban due to the increase of birth-rate observed since 2009. By this indicator Krasnodar has become one of the leading cities of Russia. Over the past 5 years annual number of newborn children has significantly increased in the city.
