Youth orchestras from Krasnodar and Karlsruhe perform to commemorate the International Twin Cities Day

On 27 April 2021, the Krasnodar’s jazz band “New Wave” and the Youth Orchestra of Karlsruhe, with assistance of the city administration of Krasnodar, held an online meeting to celebrate the International Twin Cities Day together. Young musicians reviewed the video, which was edited by TV Krasnodar (see below). That film was sort of “a signal to action” in the run-up to the 30th anniversary of the sister-cities agreement between Krasnodar and Karlsruhe in 2022.
