Government of Russia awarded a commendation to Head of Krasnodar Vladimir Evlanov for active participation in assuring the proper operation of housing and utilities infrastructure and social sphere of the Republic of Crimea. The prescription was signed by Chairman of the Russian Federation Government Mikhail Medvedev.
— From the past year onwards the capital of Kuban renders aid to Leninskiy District of Crimea Peninsula. Our “charges” are Shchelkino city and Mysovskoy village council. Krasnodar citizens collected humanitarian aid – toys, office supplies, appliances and equipment for kindergartens; libraries of these territories received hundreds printed publications from Krasnodar; we assisted in repairing boiler-houses and heating networks, got schools in order, prepared territories to a heating season. All children of pre-school institutions and primary schools got New Year presents from Krasnodar, — deputy Director of the department of economic development, investments and external affairs Andrey Britchenko said.
Total volume of carried out works and rendered services amounted to nearly 10 million roubles.
Along with that, on May 5 a delegation consisting of members of Krasnodar healthcare institutions will go to Crimea to conduct health assessment of 55 veterans from Shchelkino and Mysovskoy village council.
Additionally, immediately before the 70th anniversary of Soviet people’s victory in the Great Patriotic War, representatives of Krasnodar administration will bring memorable gifts to battle-front veterans of Crimea. Also veterans will receive greeting cards on behalf of Krasnodar Head Vladimir Evlanov and Chairwoman of Krasnodar City Duma Vera Galushko.
Altogether, a list of people who received commendation of the RF Government №715-r from 22.04.2015 numbers over 60 persons, fifteen of them – Kuban residents. They are Vice-Governors of Krasnodar Region Ivan Peronko and Vladimir Svezhenets, Minister of Economic Affairs of Krasnodar Region Igor Galas, Head of Belorechensk District municipality Ivan Imgrunt, members of administrations of the region, cities and regional districts.
