Krasnodar administration department of economic development, investments and external relations drew up the results of Kuban capital in development of construction, industry, transport, communication and many other spheres.
— Positive macroeconomic performance of socioeconomic development of Krasnodar has maintained in period from January to September this year. Almost all indicators defining potential of the city exceed the same values for the same period last year. At that there are no wage arrears in Krasnodar and wages continue to increase, — one from the department of economic development, investments and external relations commented.
Compared with the same period last year volume of manufactured goods in large and medium-sized industrial enterprises has increased by 20,6 billion roubles, or 13,6 percent and made 172 billion roubles.
As of 01.10.2014 within the territory of Krasnodar 1366,2 thousand square meters of housing are commissioned; among them 1075,3 thousand square meters of multi-apartment houses and 138,5 thousand square meters of single-family houses. Planned task of new housing supply in volume of 1200 thousand square meters in 2014 is implemented by 113,9 percent.
In comparison with the previous year volume of paid services to the population has risen by 4,4 billion roubles, or by 3 percent in comparable prices and exceeded 47 billion roubles.
As according to territorial body of Federal State Statistics Service for Krasnodar Region, there are no wage arrears as of 01.10.2014.
The level of registered unemployed persons is 0.2 percent that is matching the level of the prior-year.
