The tourist sphere of the capital of Kuban was widely presented at the XI International tourist exhibition “INTOURMARKET (ITM) 2016” and the 23rd Moscow international exhibition MITT 2016 “Travels and tourism”.
— The participation of Krasnodar delegation in international exhibitions is aimed to increase the tourist flow, to make new business contacts with the partners, to create conditions for the effective development of tourist branch and to promote image of Krasnodar as a tourist-friendly city, — a specialist of municipal department of economic development, investments and external affairs said.
International tourist exhibition “INTOURMARKET (ITM) 2016” started on March 19, just after that there was an opening of Moscow international exhibition MITT 2016 “Travels and tourism” which was participated by dozens of thousands hoteliers, tour operators, travel agents, guides and other representatives of tourist sphere.
This year Intourmarket exhibition collected more than 100 countries and regions. No less participants were presented at MITT exhibition – 1500 companies, 150 countries and regions.
One of the most frequently visited expositions was a stand of Krasnodar balneary – one thousand plus people visited it during 4 days.
Tourist company “Kit-Tour” presented to the attention of its visitors event tours around the city and region, as well as the summer football school of Ruslan Nigmatullin in Olympic Sochi.
In the framework of the XI International tourist exhibition “Intourmarket (ITM) 2016” and the 23rd Moscow international exhibition MITT 2016 “Travels and tourism” Krasnodar delegation held a range of meetings and talks: with the municipalities of Rostov Region, Stavropol Region, Volgograd, Moscow Region, Altai Region, Crimea, Tula, Kaluga, Vologda Region, Lipetsk, Saint-Petersburg and others.
Tourist attractiveness of Kuban capital was displayed by means of print and multimedia production – colorful books, maps, mobile application “Krasnodar City guide” and a movie about various directions of tourism that are actively developing in the capital city of Krasnodar Region.
The exhibitions were organized with the assistance of Government of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, Federal Agency for Tourism, Department of national politics, interregional relations and tourism of Moscow, World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), Russian Union of Travel Industry and Russian Tour Operators Association.
