Today at the 31st session of the City Duma deputies agreed on appointments of new chief executives for several structural subdivisions of Krasnodar administration: the department of communal services, fuel and energy sector, the department of municipal land and property, the department of construction and also the department of municipal control. Head of the city Evgeny Pervyshov participated in the Duma’s session.
As it was stated before, we are in the process of forming a new team of Krasnodar administration. We involve people from among youth in the governing the city. They are already experienced and qualified professionals. All of them have received approval in Duma committees and this year we can see the results of their work, - Evgeny Pervyshov said.
By agreement with the deputies Vladislav Bely became Director of the department of communal services, fuel and energy sector. Earlier he worked as the Deputy Director of that department.
The department of municipal land and property will be headed by Andrey Vasilenko, formerly working in administration of Takhtamukay district of Adygeya Republic.
Maxim Karpenko, the former Head of Federal State Budgetary Institution “The Azov-Don basin management of fishery and aquatic biological resources conservation” in Rostov-on-Don, became Director of the department of construction.
Alexander Zhuravlev is appointed as Chief of the department of municipal control. Until recently he was employed as Deputy Director of Federal State Budgetary Institution “Kubanmeliovodkhoz Directorate”.
Also Krasnodar City Duma approved the change in administration structure – the department of financial control was abolished to optimize the work of administration and reduce the cost of maintaining the administrative staff. The department’s functions are delegated to control and auditing division of the department of finances.
