An execution of orders of the regional headquarters for the development and land improvement of Krasnodar was reviewed during today’s session held in administration of Western urban district. The session was chaired by Kuban capital Head Vladimir Evlanov.
— In this passing year we’ve gone through really tremendous challenges. The work of regional headquarters has changed the look of the city significantly. The more we do the more new tasks appear. Indeed, we arranged methodical everyday work and more importantly chiefs of business entities expressed understanding and willingness to make advance for municipal authorities, so the started work will be proceeded in 2015. I would like to thank everyone for attained results, initiative and enthusiasm. Certainly we still have many problems and their solution is a critical task for the next year, — Vladimir Evlanov said.
The session of the regional headquarters established by a decision of Kuban Governor Alexander Tkachev was participated by Chief architect of Krasnodar Region Yuri Rysin, Deputy Heads of Krasnodar, Heads of urban districts, chiefs of the departments of Krasnodar City administration, chiefs of companies and establishments situated at the territory of Western urban district.
Head of the district administration Dmitry Logvinenko presented his report of the work done. He elaborated on each of the main work directions — bringing facades of buildings and commercial facilities into line with the single architectural look, installing new fences, repairing roads, laying paving, fighting against illegal advertising and unauthorized trading.
Since the headquarters work had started the reconstruction of Montazhnikov, Gertsena and Kirova Streets was carried out. Beautification works on Kubanskaya Naberezhnaya Street alone amounted to RUR 343 million — specialists laid a new paving slab, formed the greenbelt zone and installed elements of improvement.
Nearly 150 coniferous trees and bushes have been planted within garden square n.a. Chepiga, Bulvarnoe ring-road and separating strip on Zakharova Street. Additionally about 200 broad-leaved trees will be planted within the district until 15th February.
— Our task was also to find out places where street name plates and house number plates are spoilt or just missing. In the soonest possible time 4222 house number plates and 1812 street name plates will be installed, — Dmitry Logvinenko reported.
Vladimir Evlanov pinpointed that the district has made a significant headway in the question of fighting against unauthorized street trading. The work for ordering of nonstationary retail facilities is being carried out. In the closest future nonstationary retail facilities installed without authorization documents as well as those ones an appearance of which doesn’t meet required standards will be dismantled.
