Within the visit of Volgograd Region delegation headed by Chairman of regional Duma Nikolay Semisotov a roundtable discussion was held in administration of Kuban capital. The guests were explained the main aspects of advanced experience of Krasnodar in the matter of housing and utilities infrastructure, urban land improvement and creation of a single architectural look, organization of effective interaction between authorities and population.
— Our colleagues visit Kuban for the reason to learn the best practices in several municipalities of the region — Armavir, Krasnodar, Tuapse District, Sochi and to see how the interaction between different levels of government from regional structures to rural settlements is organized, — Vice-Governor of Kuban Vladimir Svezhenets said while greeting guests.
The roundtable discussion was participated by Chairwoman of Krasnodar City Duma Vera Galushko, First Deputy Head of Krasnodar Mikhail Frolov, Chief architect of Krasnodar Region Yuri Rysin, Vice-Mayors of the capital of Kuban, Chiefs of structural subdivisions of Krasnodar administration.
— You have already viewed many places of our city and I hope many things and implemented ideas attracted your interest. Today my colleagues are going to tell you about advanced experience of Krasnodar in various spheres and fields. You will be able to ask questions and get all necessary information, — Mikhail Frolov stated.
Chairwoman of the city parliament Vera Galushko told the guest about the work of the 5th City Duma of Krasnodar and implementation of the program on executing electors' mandates. In particular she informed that over 5 years within the program nearly 500 million roubles from municipal budget were allocated for the improvement of yards, creation of more than 1 thousand playgrounds and for other needs.
Chief architect of Krasnodar Igor Mazurok said that for more than a year of work of regional headquarters for the development and land improvement of Krasnodar over 10,5 thousand technical specifications have been provided, the city has got rid of excessive outdoor advertisement, buildings’ facades have been put in order and new bus stop pavilions have been installed.
Deputy Head of Krasnodar Sergey Vasin told about experience in cooperation of Krasnodar authorities and population. He touched the question of organizing of intercourse with the community, territorial public self-governances, the development of feedback channels including those through Internet, holding regular public surveys and sociological studies.
In his turn, Deputy Head of Krasnodar responsible for communal services and housing issues Evgeny Pervyshov told about organization of cleanup activity and bringing sanitary order.
Volgograd guests took interest in organization of work on entering into trash pickup agreements with legal bodies and individual persons.
During the meeting parties exchanged souvenirs and gifts and then Volgograd delegation headed toward Avrora cinema house where they had a look at newly reconstructed Alexander’s boulevard and fountain complex.
As it has been reported, representative delegation of one of the largest regions of Sothern Federal District led by Chairman of Volgograd Region Duma Nikolay Semisotov attended the complex of sports facilities in “The City of Sport” and residential district “German village”.
