Vladimir Evlanov: I take a pride in results of Krasnodar workers of culture activity

Pupils of children’s arts schools of Kuban capital gave gala concert at arts palace “Premiere”. The city Head Vladimir Evlanov and Chairwoman of Krasnodar City Duma Vera Galushko handed prizes, grants, flowers and gifts to teachers of schools of art and creative professionals of Krasnodar.   

— I’m especially proud of Krasnodar when looking at results of work of creative people of our city. Great quantities of people are involved in sphere of culture: workers of arts schools, libraries, teachers of institutes of additional education. These are big collectives of skilled people, teachers, executors who brighten our life and transfer their own experience to children and pupils. From now forth municipal authority will do its best to develop cultural traditions of Cossacks capital city and we are well-placed for this. I congratulate cultural workers on City Day, wish success, joy and determination in work, — Vladimir Evlanov said.

Ceremonial awards distribution to teachers of arts schools and creative professionals of Krasnodar took place in arts palace “Premiere” as a part of the festivities dedicated to City Day and on the threshold of International Day of Music and Teacher’s Day.

The event was participated by Deputy Head of Krasnodar Natalia Makhanko, chief of the department of culture Tatiana Ruban, members of commonwealth of artists, writers of Kuban, theatre workers, architects and composers. Teaching staffs, pupils of arts schools and schools of painting, representatives of centralized library system of Krasnodar, collectives of the city culture centers, representatives of public organizations and structural departments of Krasnodar administration also were in the hall.

 — On behalf of deputy corps I welcome participants of gala concert, laureates and award winners of city, regional, Russian and international competitions. Krasnodar is a center of culture in Kuban; it has the highest creative potential. We are sincerely grateful for responsible and much needed work you do, — Vera Galushko said.

This summer choreographic ensemble “Rhythm ballet” took part in III International festival-competition “Colour of pomegranate” in Greece. The collective has won two Grand Prix awards and eight first places. The festival organizing committee vested winner collective with power to hand Krasnodar Head Vladimir Evlanov and Krasnodar City Duma Chairwoman Vera Galushko letter of gratitude “For the support of gifted children in their creative work as well as support and promotion of the Russian culture abroad”.
