During operational meeting Vladimir Evlanov summed up the work of Krasnodar delegation at Forum Sochi-2014

Krasnodar Head started today’s operational meeting in administration with results of work of Kuban capital delegation in XIII International Investment Forum held in Sochi. Krasnodar has concluded 21 agreements totaling more than 46 billion roubles.

— Design, fitting-out and presented projects of Krasnodar stand compare favourably with the other expositions in this year. I reckon it is a good result to have 21 agreements signed. We held series of meetings and talks which will surely give positive effect, create premises of new projects and contribute to a better investment climate in Kuban capital, provoke interest of new investors and entice them into the city. This is the merit of those people who has participated in preparation of Krasnodar exposition, organized meetings and accompanied presented projects, — Vladimir Evlanov said.

Krasnodar exposition occupied an area of 200 square meters at Krasnodar Region stand. This year Krasnodar was represented by 9 models. Central part was taken by architectural model of Krasnodar — prospective territorial development of the city displaying existing housing development as well as planned objects and land parcels for integrated development that will be made by investors for the purposes of residential and industrial construction.

Renewed residential estate «Europea» ranked second in terms of area among models of Krasnodar exposition. The construction of «Europea» is carried out within the area of nearly 600 hectares and its residential quarters are made by architectural patterns of various European countries. For the first time this project was presented at Forum Sochi-2013. As according to Director General of OJSC «Europea» Aleksey Trushin another 100 hectares are reclaimed, totally 150 hectares out of 600 have been already developed. Residential quarter «Portugal» is under construction at the moment.

Peculiarity of a new model is an introduction of number of new zones and objects. Apart from various housing, social facilities and recreation areas, the territory of «Europea» will be provided with diversified technopark and own tram line connecting different quarters of residential area.

— Industrial enterprises and plants will give «Europea» residents additional workplaces — they will be able to live, work and have a rest at one place. At that everything will be situated within walking distance, — Aleksey Trushin remarked.

Also models of new bridge across Kuban River in the area of existing Yablonovskiy Bridge, transport junction at the intersection of Starokubanskaya and Stavropolskaya Streets, models of multifunctional complex «Kommunar» and residential complex «Western» which will be constructed by «Crystal-Comfort» company, model of new residential complex «Sailing regatta» in Gidrostroiteley microdistrict which is now under construction carried out by investment construction company «RAS», model of «Sports City» — complex of sports facilities at Dzerzhinskogo Street were presented at Krasnodar stand.

Signings of agreements of intents in investment sphere were conducted with participation of Vladimir Evlanov. Besides of that, Kuban capital Head took part in signing of a range of agreements at level of Krasnodar Region administration.

Agreement of the construction of residential complex «Sailing regatta» at Avtolyubiteley Street consisting of four 24-storied houses, two integrated-attached premises of administrative assignment and two three-level car-parks with green area, sporting and children’s play grounds was signed with OJSC «RAS». The project investments account for 2 billion roubles.

Federal state unitary enterprise «Post of Russia» plans to invest more than 100 million roubles into creation and fitting in Krasnodar the first in Region center of hybrid post (CHP). Its opening is scheduled for I quarter of 2015.

Also there was a signing of agreement with OJSC «AlphaStroyKomplex». The company will invest 1,3 billion roubles into the construction of residential complex «Atmosphere» consisting of two 19-storied houses with 768 flats to the address Moskovskaya Street 125.

Agreement with OJSC «Rosproject» is intended for the construction of two constructional materials plants within an area of 7,6 hectares in Eastern Industrial Zone to the address Demusa Street 17/1 and at land plot of 1,8 hectares in Prikubanskiy urban district as well as integrated development of 70 hectares land parcel in vicinity of Elizavetinskaya village.

OJSC «Crystal-Comfort» will take on a project of residential complex «Zvezdnyy» construction to the address Uralskaya St. 100 and Liza Chaikina St. 1–14/1 and multifunctional complex «Gallery «Kommunar» within the quarter № 314.

Krasnodar takes part in International economic forum «Sochi» annually since 2002 — from the first year of this forum. Over the last five years Kuban capital has concluded 89 agreements of intent in investments sphere totaling more than 490 billion roubles.
