Today in the capital of Kuban there was ceremonial reception dedicated to Day of Retail Worker. The best representatives of the branch were awarded with Certificates of commendation and Letters of gratitude.

Head of Krasnodar remarked that consumer’s market gives every fourth rouble of tax revenue in municipal budget. At that, Krasnodar is the first in Russia in the matter of availability of retail premises. In 2014 Krasnodar companies of the branch took part in more than 20 various Russian and regional contests and championships of professional skills and throughout they were among prize winners.
Chiefs and workers of enterprises of trade, catering and amenity services including those ones from well-known in the city trade nets, restaurants and cafés, private entrepreneurs were invited to the official reception.
— For the recent years there were significant changes for the better in the sphere of trade and catering of Krasnodar. This is notable for every citizen. Day of Retail Worker is celebrated in Russia on the fourth Thursday of July. The date is set by the Russian Federation President’s Decree from May 7, 2013 № 459 “On Day of Retail Worker”.
In Krasnodar 80 new enterprises of trade and 16 catering enterprises have started working in 2014. Totally there are over 33 thousand facilities of retail, catering and amenity services in which more than 110 thousand people work in the capital of Kuban.
Krasnodar itself makes 40% of Kuban retail turnover, 33% of catering turnover and almost 45% of all rendered paid services in the region.
