Vladimir Evlanov: Together with the public we should make our city more safety

Krasnodar Head set tasks on public order maintenance and the city streets beautification at the meeting with territorial self-governments chiefs, local district police officers, deputies of Krasnodar City Duma.

— In the first quarter of the year we have record an increased number of committed crimes in the capital of Kuban; it is mainly about thefts, robberies and other offences. It is hardly possible to turn the tide only with the forces of low-enforcement agencies — together with the public we need mobilize people, organize preventive arrangements and help the police to detect persons who break the order within the city, — Vladimir Evlanov remarked.

The meeting with the public was also participated by Chairwoman of Krasnodar City Duma Vera Galushko, Deputy Head of Krasnodar Sergey Vasin, Head of Karasunskiy urban district administration Nikolay Khropov.

When summarizing results of the past year Krasnodar Head emphasized that regional center had good achievements almost in all spheres and branches in 2014. In this year our aim is to avoid sharp decrease of economic indices, to implement anti-crisis plan, to fulfill import substitution, to continue the execution of electoral mandates and the work of regional headquarters for the development and improvement of urban land of Krasnodar.

Vladimir Evlanov made a proposal to involve representatives of territorial self-governments and socially active persons into the headquarters’ sessions in order to make adjustments to its work and take balanced and deliberate decisions.

— Jointly with our specialists, volunteers should more actively take part in the citywide Saturday cleaning day to bring the city into ideal condition before May holidays, — Vladimir Evlanov underlined.

Chiefs of territorial self-governments attending the meeting asked the city and urban district chief executives about condition of housing stock, decoration of children’s playgrounds, medical treatment of Gidrostroiteley microdistrict residents and other issues.

Head of Krasnodar ordered to put the mentioned questions under control.

At the end of the session Vladimir Evlanov and Vera Galushko rewarded the best territorial self-government following the results of regional contest — the winner is 441 territorial self-government of Znamenskiy Township. As a reward it will receive 500 thousand roubles from regional budget for land improvement works.

Also the best chiefs of territorial self-governments received Letters of gratitude and gifts.
