The development of Krasnodar social infrastructure was discussed by Vladimir Evlanov and Olga Golodets

During XIII International Investment Forum Sochi-2014 Deputy Prime Minister of the RF Olga Golodets, Minister of Communications and Mass Media of the RF Nikolay Nikiforof, representatives of the largest Russian and foreign companies acquainted themselves with Krasnodar exposition.   

— Our work at Forum goes beyond presentation of investment projects and signing of scheduled agreements. Real-life communication with guests and Forum participants who attend Krasnodar stand in the course of the day plays significant role. This is an exchange of opinions, ideas, useful experience. It gives the opportunity to make new contacts and find new business partners, attract attention to the city, its capabilities and needs, — Vladimir Evlanov said.

In particular, ones of guests of Krasnodar stand were Deputy PM of the RF Olga Golodets and Kuban Vice-Governor Galina Zolina.

Olga Golodets coordinates the work of federal executive authorities in charge of realization of national priority projects in sphere of state population policy, healthcare and social development, education and social protection, youth policy and in sphere of employment, labour relationship and social partnership, culture and tourism.

Vladimir Evlanov demonstrated Olga Golodets and Galina Zolina architectural model of Krasnodar. During conversation they have discussed prospects for the development of social infrastructure in Kuban capital, in particular – construction of kindergartens and schools.

Olga Golodets underlined that erection of social facilities must be provided initially at the design stage having regard to the total floorage to be commissioned.

At his turn Vladimir Evlanov remarked that at stage of designing of new microdistricts one makes allowance for demand for schools, kindergartens, polyclinics and other social facilities. When ready they are put into operation. However today we need hardly work to do away with the lag arisen in past years in sphere of public and social services.

— Governor has entrusted us with a task completely to cover demands for kindergarten seats up to 2016. So in this and following years we focus on the construction of children's pre-school institutions, — Vladimir Evlanov said.

At that Krasnodar Head added that Kuban capital also has to open new schools. In recent years Krasnodar has been repeatedly declared by analysts, economic and business papers to be the most livable city, so social sphere and its development is the main item in municipal budget.

Also investment potential of Krasnodar was evaluated by Minister of Communications and Mass Media of the RF Nikolay Nikiforof. Vladimir Evlanov demonstrated existing housing development, social and business, industrial development, urban green belt at Krasnodar model, told about presented investment projects.

— Your city is actively developing and there are grounds for believing that the pace will be kept up, — Nikolay Nikiforof said.

Also Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Chairman of OJSC Gazprom's Management Committee Alexey Miller acquainted himself with model presented at Krasnodar stand. Vladimir Evlanov demonstrated him a number of investment projects presented by Krasnodar in the course of Sochi Forum in this year.

It is to be recalled that during first and second days of Krasnodar delegation’s work at Forum Sochi-2014 Prime Minister of the RF Dmitry Medvedev, Kuban Governor Alexander Tkachev and Deputy Prime Minister of the RF Dmitry Kozak took a look at Kuban capital exposition.
