Within the framework of Investment Forum Sochi-2014 Krasnodar Head held negotiations with Director General of the Russian Housing Development Foundation Alexander Braverman. Continuation of works on introducing federal lands in the neighbourhood of Krasnodar for the purposes of residential and industrial construction, implementation of social and infrastructural projects were the main topics of discussion.
– Cooperation with RHDF allows us to solve successfully pressing problems of the city; it gives basis for the development of leading economy branches in regional center. That is to say our cooperation promotes allocation of sites for integrated development in suburbs, for housing development, erection of infrastructural facilities, laying out of various services and what is more – for realization of our obligations in social sphere. Particularly we need allocate land parcels for multi-child families for private housing projects. As we go forward I reckon that our agreements will be successfully realized, – Vladimir Evlanov said.
Meeting of Krasnodar Head Vladimir Evlanov and the Russian Housing Development Foundation CEO took place at Krasnodar stand. Vladimir Evlanov and Alexander Braverman discussed the situation of land parcels allocation for realization of a range investment projects including those ones in sphere of industrial and engineering infrastructure which are the matter of priority in Krasnodar today.
– We highly appreciate our cooperation with Krasnodar that has effectively developed in recent years. Among other things it is thanks to personal interest and participation of Krasnodar Head. Indeed there are problems which are to be solved to accelerate realization of some projects and now we are working on them, – Alexander Braverman stated.
Particularly, Krasnodar Head and RHDF CEO came to an agreement on continuation of work on allotment of land parcels in Eastern Industrial Zone totaling 450 hectares for laying out of investors’ enterprises. This important investment project is being implemented by Kuban capital with assistance of the Russian Housing Development Foundation and Krasnodar Region administration. Over 100 hectares have been already allotted for enterprises creation. Several constructional materials plants have been already started to erect. The rest of territory is dedicated for creation of technopark.
– Presently absence of sufficient generating capacity hinders the development of this territory. It is one of the most important topics for us at the moment, – Vladimir Evlanov remarked.
The decision to construct several electric substations, including 220/110 kV substation within the area of Eastern Industrial Zone has been taken by now. The question is worked up together with an electric grid company.
– We think that this Forum will help us synchronizing actions and accelerating decision taking on industrial zone, – Alexander Braverman underlined.
The Russian Housing Development Foundation performs federal land management functions. Particularly it executes transferring land parcels into the ownership of state or municipality at no charge, conducts auctions of making rental contracts right, monitors State government bodies of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation in the matter of exercising of Russian Federation’s powers as to management and administration of land parcels, other real estate units being in federal ownership etc.
