Within the framework of International Investment Forum Sochi-2014 the company confirmed its intent to realize a number of investment projects in Krasnodar with overall financing volume more than 8 billion roubles.

Today Vladimir Evlanov and director of OJSC “Rosproject” Sergey Poltoranin signed two agreements as to start-up of industrial productions at territory of Kuban capital with 70 million roubles investments in each of them.
One of them is a plant of constructional materials production for housing construction (polystyrol) which is planned to be situated within land parcel of 7,6 hectares in Eastern Industrial Zone to the address Demusa Street, 17/1.
The second project is an erection of a plant for production of constructional materials, makings, structures for housing construction (concrete manufacture) and administration and amenity buildings within an area of 1,8 hectare in Prikubanskiy urban district.
Term of both projects realization – 2014-2017.
One more agreement concerning integrated development of land parcel occupying 70 hectares in area of Elizavetinskaya village was concluded by OJSC “Rosproject”. Signing of the agreement was carried out between Vice-Governor of Kuban Alexander Saurin, Krasnodar Head Vladimir Evlanov and director of OJSC “Rosproject” Sergey Poltoranin.
According to the project 299 thousand square meters of housing including 5000 flats with an average floorage 60 sq.m. and 20 thousand sq.m. of nonresident premises are planned to be commissioned. The project value is 7,9 billion roubles. It will be completely realized until 2025.
“Rosproject” Company (Krasnodar) was founded in 2008. Its core activity is designing objects of industrial and housing and civil use, exercising functions of customer and real estate developer.
