The company invests 1,3 billion roubles in the construction of residential complex “Atmosphere” consisting of two 19-storied houses with 768 flats.

Having put into operation new residential complex, Krasnodar construction market was joined by comfortable and qualitative housing with developed infrastructure, – Vladimir Evlanov said.
Today at Krasnodar stand signing of an agreement of intent in investment sphere was executed by Krasnodar Head Vladimir Evlanov and Director General of OJSC “AlfaStroyComplex” Olga Kuznetsova.
Construction of this residential complex will be carried out to the address Moskovskaya Street, 125 within area of nearly 15 thousand square meters. The object is supposed to be completely commissioned in 2016. During talks Olga Kuznetsova confirmed that all obligations for commissioning of houses and provision of necessary infrastructure will be carried out by the company in fixed time.
“AlfaStroyComplex” company was founded in 2012. It is occupied with construction of buildings and structures.
At previous International Investment Forums in Sochi in 2012-2013 the company has concluded agreements of intent as to construction of residential complexes “Sunrise” and “Dawn” along Gidrostroiteley Street in Karasunskiy urban district of Krasnodar.
RC “Sunrise” consisting of three 19-storied residential houses has been already completely commissioned by now. Until the end of 2014 a new kindergarten will be opened here.
