Modern residential complex of “Comfort plus” class is planned to be commissioned along Avtolyubiteley Street in Kuban capital in 2018.
– Krasnodar takes one of leading positions in the country according to volume of housing commissioning. Annually more than 1 bln square meters are commissioned. The sphere still remains one of the most attractive fields for investment. Indeed I would like to remark qualitative changes in the projects – residential complexes meet all requirements imposed by Krasnodar now. There are enough parking places, sporting grounds and territory improvement are organized as well as social infrastructure facilities are provided here, – Vladimir Evlanov said.
Agreement of the construction of residential complex “Sailing regatta” along Avtolyubiteley Street in Krasnodar was signed today by Kuban Vice-Governor Alexander Saurin, Krasnodar Head Vladimir Evlanov and Director General of OJSC “RAS” Vladimir Popov.
Residential complex will consist of four 24-storied houses, two integrated-attached premises of administrative use and two three-level car parks. Green spaces, sporting and children grounds are planned to be provided at surrounding area. Volume of the project investments – two billion roubles.
This residential complex is planned to be completely commissioned in 2018.
OJSC “RAS” (Krasnodar) was founded in 2009. Its core activity is the construction of buildings and constructions and execution of general construction works.
