At the working session held in Krasnodar City Hall applications of citizens addressed to subdivision of consumers’ rights protection of the department of social development were thoroughly analyzed.
— All of these complaints must be kept under control of our services. All relevant departments and structural subdivisions have to take charge of the quality of goods and services in subordinate branches, — acting Head of Krasnodar Alexander Mikheev set the task.
According to information of deputy chief of the department of social development Vyacheslav Maksimov — over 9 months of this year subdivision of consumers’ rights protection received 622 complaints about distributive services (274), housing and communal services (79), personal service activities (109), construction enterprises (54), services of communication, insurance, banking, education and other (109).
Compared to the past year the number of complaints about distributive services has reduced by 20% thanks to preventive measures taken with regards to firms engaged in the production of furniture.
As a result of the activities carried out Krasnodar citizens received 1 million roubles compensation for damages caused by the defects of products or services. On the suits prepareby Krasnodar administration’s specialists the courts ruled in favour of complainants to the total amount of 700 thousand roubles.
