In the capital of Azerbaijan — Baku at the European championship in trampoline, double mini-trampoline and tumbling track trainees of Krasnodar coaches in the national team of Russia won a total of nine medals of different values.
"In overall the Russians athletes received 11 medals: 5 gold, 4 silver, 2 bronze. It is noteworthy that all the debutants of the national team, most of whom are residents of Krasnodar, performed successfully. This year the season started early. There is still time to improve skills, develop more complex elements of the new programs before the World Cup in St. Petersburg. The main start of the year will be held in November," said the head coach of the national trampoline team Aleksey Ryzhkov.
He also highlighted that during the European championship the Russian trampolinists won one license for Youth Olympic Games 2018 and four of the four possible licenses for participation in the II European Games 2019.
