Today during the session of Krasnodar City Duma arrangement diagram of interactive informational displays at public transport stops as well as positioning of poster pillars at regional center streets were confirmed at the suggestion of Krasnodar chief architect.
— Currently one installs new bus stop pavilions in the city and we are of the opinion that they should be complemented with new up-to-date informational displays. Citizens will be able to get useful information about arrival time of one or another public transport vehicle, emergency phone numbers and to use interactive public transport traffic diagram, — Head of Krasnodar Vladimir Evlanov remarked.
Interactive informational displays will be represented as small-size constructions with two informational surfaces of 0,68 to 1,21 meters size each. Such constructions are fitted with modern HD touch screens that allow citizens to use interactive public transport route map, choose a needed route and know the time of arrival of trams, trolleybuses and buses.
With respect to the project all informational stands will be also fitted with video-cameras and routers providing Internet access through Wi-Fi net within a radius of 20 meters from a stand.
— The project will be implemented at the expense of investment resources and without funds from municipal budget, so in standby mode, when users don’t come up to displays, they will demonstrate advertising material. Still as soon as a passenger comes up to the panel, automatically it will start displaying information of public transport routes. And a user oneself will choose needed information, — chief architect of the city Igor Mazurok emphasized when speaking before deputies.
Such multimedia informational constructions are supposed to be installed firstly at public transport stops within most intensive routes of Krasnodar.
As for poster pillars, they will be represented as cylindrical or square constructions with internal or external backlighting, «crawler» messages and info fields. Such constructions are dedicated for provision of information about repertoires of theatres and cinemas, sports, cultural and entertainment events of the city.
Along with that parliamentarians confirmed the plan of positioning of advertisement constructions situated at privately-owned land parcels. It is referred to 62 “super-site” constructions which will situate along arterial streets of Krasnodar.
— Having confirmed the plan we create a clear regulation on the question of advertisement positioning within privately-owned land parcels. It allows us to respect the interests of these constructions owners, land sites owners and all citizens. — Igor Mazurok underlined.
