Today deputies of City Duma amended the main financial document of the city at the last session before parliamentary recess.
— First of all, these amendments are related to increase of funding from the budget of Krasnodar Region administration and necessity to make provision for priority municipal expenditures, — Deputy Head of Krasnodar, director of the department of finances Alexander Mikheev remarked when speaking before deputies.
Today the city budget has been increased by 508 million and 854 thousand roubles of which regional part is 210 million and 354 thousand roubles; additional own revenues gained basically due to land fees increase made 289,5 million roubles.
This fund is to be spent for a purchase of housing for orphaned children, creation of additional seats in kindergartens, construction of sports center with swimming pool in Yubileinyy microdistrict, capital repair of apartment houses faces and roofing and other needs.
Also at the meeting chairman of the city election committee Victor Tushev announced results of by-election which had taken place within Starokubanskiy electoral district №11 on Sunday. Nikolay Khil ran away with the election.
Today the deputy card was handed over to him. Besides of that, Nikolay Khil was elected as chairman of the committee of public relations, mass media, migratory, international and religious relations, Cossacks and military coordination.
