Authors of the rating, online reservation service Booking.com specialists, also pointed out that a major part of tourists traveling around Russia opts for hotels. When travelling around the country Russian citizens prefer staying in hotels, inns, hostels, apartments, many people choose resort accommodation, whereas foreigners stay in hostels, guesthouses and bed & breakfast hotels.
