A new multi-storeyed shopping center is supposed to be constructed at the territory of the largest Krasnodar’s market within the program on creation of single architectural look for trading venues of Kuban capital.
— Presently regional headquarters for the development and land improvement of Krasnodar is working out projects for the reconstruction of existing markets. Renovation works have been already started at some venues. The Vishnyakovskiy market will be also renovated. Municipal authorities together with major owners of land plots where the market situates already elaborate possible variants for the reconstruction. This way, one of the companies — LLC “Grand” possessing the territory at the intersection of Stavropolskaya and Vishnyakovskaya Streets plans to build a new multi-storeyed shopping center at this place, — municipal department of trade and consumer services informed.
The project includes two phases of construction. Dismantling of trade places is being carried out at the moment at the territory of the first phase of around 5 thousand square meters. The city department of trade and consumer services remarked that lessees went over to free places in the rest of the market.
— Permission for the project construction has been received. As soon as the weather conditions permit, the company will get down to its implementation, — one in the department of trade and consumer services added.
The construction of new shopping center will take nearly two years. It will be provided with parking lots.
The department also states that the project has already received approval. And when approving further projects and approaches from the largest land-users of the market, Krasnodar administration specialists will view these ones taking into account the fact that they should correspond to the single architectural look created in Krasnodar.
The Vishnyakovskiy market is one of the biggest in Krasnodar. It occupies an area of about 60 thousand square meters comprising nearly 7000 fitted trade places where 12 thousand sellers, retailers and entrepreneurs work. The largest objects at the market territory are trade center “Pavlovskiy”, CJSC “Eklektik”, LLC “Grand”, trade center LLC “Market”, trade center “Vishnyaki”, trade center “Raduga”, LLC “Pik Yug Service”, trade center “Interbusiness”, CJSC “Krasnodarinterbusiness”. On the average nearly 10 thousand people visit the Vishnyakovskiy market every day, by 1,5 times more people on a weekend.
