The landscaped and pedestrian boulevard with children’s and sport grounds crossing the whole microdistrict was opened in the beginning of November. Today Chairwoman of Krasnodar City Duma Vera Galushko and Deputy Head of Krasnodar Evgeny Naumov viewed the new boulevard.
— At the present time municipal authorities entrust the biggest builders of the city with a task to develop social and sport infrastructure in microdistricts which they have built and continue to build. The priority is to create of green areas, boulevards and garden squares. The new recreation area in “Panorama” is one more positive example that, I’m sure, must be followed by other developers of the city, — Vera Galushko said.
New area for active family recreation is created by the builder of “Panorama” microdistrict — group of companies “YugStroiInvest” through the plans of microdistrict infrastructure development and creation comfortable environment for living.
Deputy Director of “YugStroiInvest Kuban” Andrey Anashkin showed representatives of municipal authorities the landscaped boulevard inside the residential area. The trip was also participated by Director of the department of architecture and city planning Igor Medvedev.
The boulevard is tiled and its length is 130 m. The whole walkway is edged with lawns. At the territory over 300 trees and bushes have been planted. There are benches, lamp posts and 12 objects of art such as ones depicting animals, sandcastle etc. Along the perimeter of the area there is 350 meters running track with special covering. The boulevard also includes 5 children’s play complexes and a skate park. At the present time adventure park and trampolines are being installed here.
