Today at the 25th session of Krasnodar City Duma deputies agreed on candidate Evgeny Pervyshov to the post of First Deputy Head of the capital of Kuban. The session work was participated by Vice-Governor of Kuban Yuri Burlachko.
— We know Evgeny well. He worked deputy of Krasnodar City Duma, took key positions in Krasnodar City Hall, headed Prikubanskiy urban district, was Krasnodar Deputy Head responsible for housing and utility services. After that, he gained valuable experience in Russian Federal Ministry of Construction, — Deputy Head of Krasnodar Sergey Vasin said.
Deputies unanimously accepted Evgeny Pervyshov as First Deputy Head of Krasnodar. At this position he will supervise the department of human recourses and municipal service and also the department of organizational matters.
Evgeny Pervyshov graduated from Kuban State University of Technology with a degree in heat-and-power engineering. In 2011 graduating from North-Caucasian branch of Russian Academy of Justice in Krasnodar he got his second higher degree in law.
In 1993 he began his work in Sedin plant. From 1994 to 1996 he did military service in the ranks of the Russian army.
In 2009-2012 he headed municipal unitary enterprise “Intitute Gorkadastrproject”.
He was elected a deputy of the fourth and fifth Krasnodar City Duma. From 27 February 2012 he held office as Deputy Chief of the department of municipal control. Since April 2012 he headed the department.
On 31 January 2013 he was appointed to the post of Head of Prikubanskiy urban district administration. Since September that year Evgeny Pervyshov took office as Deputy Head of Krasnodar responsible for communal services, fuel and energy sector and housing issues.
In November 2015 he was invited to work in Moscow as Deputy Director of the department of permitting activities and control — chief of the section of permitting activities in Russian Ministry of Construction.
