Krasnodar delegation participate in exhibition “EXPO REAL 2013”

The first Vice-mayor of the city Mikhail Frolov represents Kuban capital on the delegation of Krasnodar Region at International exhibition of commercial real estate in Munich.

— The main projects of Krasnodar presented at this prestigious exhibition are Eastern industrial zone, reconstruction of the central part of the city and projects of integrated development of territories, — Mikhail Frolov marked.

The exhibition was opened on October 7. In the beginning of working day there was a breakfast meeting under the chairmanship of Minister of Regional Development of the Russian Federation Igor Slyunyaev. Delegations of twenty Regions of the country were invited to visit this event. Kuban was represented by Minister of Strategic Development, Investments and Foreign Economic Policy Andrey Proshunin and Mikhail Frolov.

An experience of attracting investments, problems, mainstreams and development outlook were discussed at the meeting. Major attention was paid to the necessity for adoption of law of public private partnership. Nowadays many Regions feel sharp infrastructure hunger which turns to be a constraining factor for the development of territories.

Igor Slyunyaev had a look at stand of Krasnodar. Mikhail Frolov told about mainstreams in development of regional center, in particular of rehousing of citizens from dilapidated and wreck houses. In his turn Minister remarked that Krasnodar has become one of the cities where this work is actively fulfilled — Krasnodar takes part in various target federal programs.

The project of creation of Eastern industrial zone was presented separately. Minister of Regional Development of the RF took in whole a favourable view of introduced strategy of Kuban capital development and promised to render extensive support on the part of ministry.

Krasnodar delegation also conducted meetings with a number of companies interested in location of a factory for vegetables quick freeze. Investors’ participation in projects of integrated development of territories was discussed as well.

Besides of that, parties have reached agreements of mutual cooperation development between consular agency of the RF in Munich, Krasnodar Region and Krasnodar in the matter of participation of German companies in different projects, which are going to be realized with in the Region and Krasnodar municipal formation.
